Lakeview College of Nursing Hosts Tour Week for Prospective Students, Families, and Community Members

Danville, IL (07/14/2026) — Lakeview College of Nursing is inviting prospective students, families, alumni, and community members to experience campus firsthand during Tour Week, July 21-23, 2026.

Throughout the week, visitors will have the opportunity to explore Lakeview's campus, learn more about the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, and discover what makes Lakeview a unique place to begin or continue their nursing education.

Campus tours will provide visitors with a closer look at Lakeview's classrooms, simulation lab, student resources, and learning environment. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet with members of the Lakeview recruitment team to ask questions about the admissions process, program requirements, financial aid, and the path to becoming a nurse.

Tour Week is designed for anyone interested in learning more about nursing education, including high school students exploring future career options, current college students considering a transfer, and individuals looking to begin a new career in nursing.

Following their tour, guests may choose to meet with Lakeview's recruitment team to discuss the BSN program in more detail. Prospective students are also welcome to bring their transcripts for an unofficial transcript evaluation to better understand their pathway to Lakeview. Meeting with the recruitment team does not require a commitment and is simply an opportunity to learn more about the program and available options.

Tour appointments are available July 21-23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (excluding 12-1 p.m.). Those interested in attending Tour Week can schedule their visit through Lakeview College of Nursing's website.
